The Cincinnati Early Childhood Education Sector Partnership exists to improve workforce challenges, such as low pay, a lack of credentialed and qualified diverse staff and difficulty attracting people into the field of early childhood education. Stakeholders are partnering to address the high turnover which exists across the entire early childhood education sector. Therefore we are working to achieve livable wages and benefits to recruit and retain early educators.
